COVID-19 Salon Updates
Please follow our guideline for new normal salon service,
Feeling Unwell: If you have a fever, chills, cough, muscle pains, headache, loss of taste or smell, or otherwise think you may have been exposed to COVID-19, please cancel your appointment with us.
Hand Sanitizer: We will require all clients to use hand sanitizer upon entering our salons.
Face Masks: All clients will be required to wear a mask for the entire time while in our salons. All face masks must be worn as intended and not partially or removed or adjusted.
Closed Waiting Area: Our waiting area will be unavailable. Please only enter the shop once we let you know it is safe to do so.
Solo Appointments: Please arrive for your appointment alone and ontime your scheduled appointment and only enter once we contacted you, as we are limited on the number of people allowed in the shop at any given time. We apologize but will not be allowing children who are not receiving services or pets in our salon at this time, however, service animals and caretakers will be permitted.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy: We understand you may need to cancel your appointment. The sooner you let us know the better. Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged full price. We will call you to provide us with your credit card number for that charge.
